The ultimate problem solver for joining unknown or dissimilar steels in even the most adverse conditions. Formulated with additional Molybdenum and Vanadium for especially smooth transfer, no slag interference, and instantaneous restrike.
Tensile: ~128,000 psi
Elongation: 32%


PL 9600
Premium Dissimilar Steel Electrode (29/9)
Superior low heat input electrode for welding dissimilar steels in all positions without porosity or cracking. Specially formulated electrode for stability on low open circuit voltage AC buzz boxes.
Tensile: ~123,000 psi
Elongation: 28%

PL 8741

Synthetic Electrode for Dissimilar Steels
Special composite 312 type electrode for welding dissimilar steels. Its strength, together with its composite flux coating, which increases deposition above conventional products, makes it ideal as an underlayment for hard facing.

PL 8919

NiCrFe-3 Type
Tri-purpose electrode for high heat and cryogenic applications. 40% faster deposition than conventional alloys makes it ideal for not only joining, but also cladding and wearfacing. Excellent extreme temperature strength, ductility, and oxide resistance.
Tensile: ~85,000 psi
Elongation: 36%


PL 8920

NiCrMo-3 Type
Superior universal NiCrMo type electrode for extreme high temperature applications. Outstanding corrosion and oxidation resistance. Weldable on AC.
Tensile: ~114,000 psi

PL 8918

NiCrMo-4 Type
A premium high nickel electrode for welding NiCrMo steels to other nickel base alloys that are subject to corrosion.
Tensile: ~105,000 psi
Elongation: 39%

PL 8922

NiCrMo-5 Type
High deposition electrode. Impact and heat resistant nickel alloy for buildup. Weld multi-layers without cracks and machinable with carbide tools.
Tensile: ~100,000 psi
